Raga provides dining experiences and reservation services. No physical goods are sold through this website; therefore product return requests are not applicable.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Guests requesting cancellation should contact the restaurant as early as possible at 9319682025 or Nitin.Luthra@massiverestaurants.com. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period, table availability, special arrangements, and restaurant confirmation.
Refunds
Where approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay or the relevant payment channel. Bank/payment-gateway timelines may apply after refund initiation.
No-show or late arrival
No-show bookings or materially late arrivals may be treated as cancelled and may not be eligible for refund, especially where tables, ingredients, staffing, or special arrangements were reserved.
Cancellation by restaurant
If Raga cancels or cannot honour a confirmed reservation for operational reasons, guests will be offered a reschedule or eligible refund as applicable.
